Natalie Boden is the CEO & Founder of BODEN. A Honduran immigrant with a passion for creative storytelling, she is a fierce advocate for the importance of not only marketing to multicultural communities but also investing in them, an approach that has become the centerpiece of BODEN’s award-winning work, community influence and culture.

Natalie has been named one of PRWeek’s 2020 Hall of Femme honorees. She was a recipient of the 2017 ColorComm Circle Award and the 2017 PR News Game Changer Award. Most recently, she was a honoree for US Campaign’s Inspiring Women under the Championing Change category, She Runs It Changing The Game under the Paradigm Shift category, Executive of the Year by the Stevie Awards for Women in Business and was named to the “100 Latinas” list by Latino Leaders Magazine.

She is widely recognized for her expertise and has been a keynote speaker at several conferences, such as Portada’s Hispanic Marketing & Advertising Conference, Multicultural Retail 360 Summit, Social Media Week Miami, HPRA Miami and the We All Grow Summit. She has also spoken on the importance of diversity and inclusion at the Holmes Report Conference and at the Industry for Public Relations PR & Communication Conference at Georgetown University.

A staunch advocate for the advancement of women & girls, Natalie is the author of “Sasha’s Big Question” a children’s book which empowers moms to teach their children why she works; she is the host of “Atrévete”, an interview series highlighting the gutsiest women in business, journalism and entertainment; and she recently penned “The Future of Soccer is Latina” for the 2023 Women’s World Cup.

Natalie is a graduate of Florida International University where she received the university’s Alumni Torch Award, for outstanding leadership in the profession and in the community.
