Jessica Foster is a dynamic public relations leader with 20 years of experience blending strategic insight with operational excellence across PR strategy, behavioral communications, business development, and building high-performing, integrated teams that deliver measurable results.

Most recently, Jessica served as Executive Vice President, Integration & Impact for Zeno Group’s East division, overseeing operations across New York and Washington, D.C., where she drove regional growth and spearheaded internal initiatives focused on organic growth, AI adoption, and workforce upskilling.

Previously, Jessica was Chief Operating Officer at KWT Global (now Hunter), leading business operations, talent resourcing, strategic partnerships, and global infrastructure across finance, IT, HR, and DEI. Earlier, she was the Director of U.S. Business Development and D.C. Market Leader at Burson, and began her career at Ketchum, supporting clients, growth, and marketing at the agency.

Jessica graduated magna cum laude from Marist College with a B.A. in Communications & Public Relations and a minor in Psychology.
