Daniela Tejeda is a Human Resources Director at BODEN. She has over a decade of experience leading the HR function at PR and Marketing firms.

Daniela is passionate about empowering people to reach their full potential and is committed to building a culture of trust, inclusion, and excellence. As such, she plays a pivotal role in driving BODEN’s talent development initiatives, making the agency a five-time Agency of the Year, one of PRWeek’s Best Places to Work, and one of Ragan’s Best Places to Work in Communications.

Throughout her career, Daniela has delved into every facet of the employee life-cycle, leading the strategy and implementation of HR platforms and training and development programs. She has led international HR teams, understanding how cultural nuances contribute to the employee experience.

Daniela holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela.
